Strategic Plan

Strategic Planning Survey

Feedback Due by Friday, November 8

This month the Mt. Lebanon School District will embark on a strategic planning process that will shape the District’s path over the next seven years. A strategic plan is a comprehensive document that outlines the District's goals, objectives, and strategies to ensure we achieve our vision for the future. Below, you will find a timeline for our planning process.

The Mt. Lebanon School District brings together a diverse community of perspectives. When we unite with a shared purpose for our students, we elevate our potential and lead the way to greater success. You can share your perspective by taking a survey now through Friday, November 8, 2024, to kick-start the planning process. If you fall into multiple roles, feel free to take the survey based on your experience in each of those roles.
