Sun, May 31- Pastoral Transition Listening Groups - Will break out into small groups during church services at 8:30am and 10:30am. Normal worship will continue.

What are Listening Groups? Small groups are led by CUC council members to solicit feedback from the congregation about your hopes for future leadership for CUC. They will be asking the same questions at all sessions.

The Council will meet June 7th to compile and discuss what we have learned in listening sessions. Updates to follow.

... Cowboy Sunday FUN ...

Thank you to all of our volunteers for your planning and execution!

The Party Team would like to give a huge thanks to everyone who helped make the Cowboy Sunday party a huge success. Special thanks to Tag and his band, Loose Change, for the awesome music, and for getting many of us out on the deck to line dance! Fabulous! The activities for the kids were a lot of fun, as always, and we thank those who helped make that happen. There are always those who step up to help without being asked, especially with clean up and take down, and we thank them for that. Finally, a big thank you to the crowd of around 200 who helped us by just being there and being the friendly Columbine crowd that we love to hang with. Job well done, everyone!

Journey Together is a subcommittee of the Missions Committee. They meet on the 1st Mon of the month.

Want to join an intrepid group of folks seeking adventures in helping our neighbors? JOURNEY TOGETHER is meeting on 6/1 for their regular meeting at 6:30pm. School Partners, Foodbank of the Rockies and GEO Detention Center of Aurora have been topics of discussion. You never know what activity might present itself as a way to assist our immigrant community. Please COME JOIN us!
