We are not fully able to describe God. We begin with the Holy Trinity – remembering that God is bigger than us! God is fully divine, fully human, and fully spirit – that means fully mysterious and so much more than we can wrap our brains around. In this ordinary time, we are reminded through the everyday stories of the Bible of God’s "bigger" mercy, mission, compassion, freedom, and expectation. May this series bless your summer in big and small ways.

Summer is here, which means donuts, lemonade, golf carts, and OUTDOOR WORSHIP! Grab your lawn chairs, friends, and family, and come join the fun.

In the case of inclement weather, worship will be moved indoors. Sign up to receive weather-related text messages by texting “weather” to 320.400.7321.

Friendly reminder: Our outdoor worship services are not live-streamed, so please join us in person or watch the 8:30am service online at any time.

Join us for an exciting trip to Winnipeg! This fun-filled getaway will include a trolley tour of the city, a meaningful serving opportunity at Siloam Mission, an evening at the horse races, a visit to the Manitoba Museum, and plenty of free time to explore, shop, dine, or relax on your own. Whether you’re looking for fellowship, adventure, or a chance to serve, there’s something for everyone!

The deadline to sign up is July 1. Register online or stop by the Welcome Center to sign up and learn more. We hope you’ll join us!

First Lutheran is a proud sponsor of the annual Day of Caring, facilitated by United Way and Discovery Middle School. On Wednesday, May 20th, these awesome 8th graders helped spread mulch on our landscaping, fill sandbags for outdoor worship, and haul patio furniture. THANK YOU!

Seeking a Mower / Garden Tractor Donation

The mower we've been using to maintain the “back 40” parking area near our outdoor worship space has recently stopped working and is beyond repair. We are currently looking for a replacement mower with a 54" deck that would be suitable for mowing this uneven grassy area. (Smaller sizes would be considered, if needed.)

If you have a mower in good working condition that you would be willing to donate, please contact Bruce Belseth at 507-227-1038 or belsethse@hotmail.com.

Thank you for considering supporting this need!
