Wine Night is Making a Change!

Beginning this Wednesday, May 20th, we will be introducing our new summer-style Wine & Bites Night!

Each week will feature:

We wanted to create something a little lighter, simpler, and perfect for relaxing with friends on a Wednesday evening while still keeping the spirit of our popular wine nights alive.

Volunteers are needed as we prepare to honor our fallen heroes this Memorial Day.

On Saturday, May 23rd at 8 AM, we will be placing flags at H. Warren Smith Memorial Cemetery in remembrance of those who gave their lives in service to our country. We will also need volunteers on Tuesday, May 26th at 8 AM for flag pick up.

This is one of the most meaningful traditions we take part in each year, and many hands make light work. Whether you can help for a little while or the entire time, your support is greatly appreciated.

After the ceremony, head back to American Legion Post 129 where we’ll be serving FREE burgers, hotdogs, coleslaw, and chips from Noon to 3 PM as we spend the day together in remembrance and fellowship.

And the fun continues that evening with Trivia Night kicking off at 7 PM! Gather your team, test your knowledge, and end Memorial Day with some friendly competition.

This Friday, May 22nd, National Poppy Day shines a light on the sacrifices of our nation's heroes, as we honor the brave men and women who served and died for our country.

The red poppy symbolizes their legacy, reminding us of the importance of freedom and the price paid for it. Since World War I, Americans have worn the poppy to pay tribute to those who fought for our nation.

On September 27, 1920, the American Legion Family adopted the poppy as its official flower, and in 1924, it became a national program to memorialize the soldiers who fought and died.

Join us on Memorial Day, May 25th, at Publix located at 408 Beach Blvd, starting at 10:00 am, as we distribute poppies.

🤠🎶 Country Line Dancing Night is coming back Friday, June 19th! 🎶🤠

Country Night has been canceled for this Friday evening as our instructor had an unexpected family emergency and had to leave town.

Country Night will return on Friday, June 19th.

In the meantime, we’re putting together a special one-night-only Open Mic Night that is sure to be a fabulous time. So grab your instruments, bring your friends, and come on up to the Freedom Hall to show us what you’ve got! We look forward to a fun and entertaining evening with all of you.

Please join us on Saturday, June 20th at 4 PM in the Liberty Hall as we officially install the 2026–2027 Officers for the American Legion, Auxiliary, Sons of the American Legion, and American Legion Riders.

Chunky Tomato Schedule

Chunky Tomato is scheduled to be at Post 129 once a month. Be sure to mark your calendars and plan on coming out to support this wonderful food truck when they are here.

We wanted to take a moment to share a small update to our Monday and Thursday drink specials. And a small adjustment to our Tuesdays BOGO special.

While our previous specials were a great deal, they weren’t quite bringing in the crowd we hoped for. Rather than let those nights go quiet, we decided to switch things up and try something new that we think will be more fun, more social, and a better reason to come out with friends.

Here’s what’s new and what's stayed the same:

Mondays - Bucket of Drinks Special

Enjoy 6 $3.50 drink chips for $18, good for imported beers or call drinks.

Tuesdays - BOGO

Enjoy BOGO drinks every Tuesday from 3 pm to 7pm! That's an extra hour to sip and save!

Wednesdays - Wine & Bites Night

Starting on May 20th we will switch to Wine & Bites night. At wine & bites night you will receive a glass of wine plus a small charcuterie box for just $7. Each week we will have a red wine and a white wine for you to chose from.

Thursdays - Bottled Beer Bucket Special

Grab 6 $3.00 drink chips for $15, good for domestic bottled beers.

(Drink chips will be used in place of physical buckets.)

Fridays - Free Drink with Dinner

Join us every Friday night for our delicious dinners—now including a drink from the bar with every meal! One low price gets you a hearty dinner and a drink. It’s a deal you don’t want to miss.
