Our All Seasons Garden Club will resume monthly meetings starting Wednesday, September 21. After a short business meeting, we will have fun looking back over our past 61 years and then forward to our future plans.

It will be a relaxing meeting where you can meet our members and get an idea of our club’s many projects. Perhaps something will peak your interest, but also you can just enjoy meeting new friends.

The meeting is 7 pm at the Community Center. If you would like to attend, please send an email to [email protected]. New members are always welcome. We would love to have you join us.

Seniors will meet 9/12 at 12:30 pm at the Community Center.  Demikel Shankle will speak and answer questions about Medicare. Please join us.



All of your favorite vendors are on hand this Saturday at the Market. Ort Farms is at its best with the tomatoes – get the sweet corn while it lasts! Hoboken Farms brings the most delicious breads and croissants! Have you tried the poppy-seed bread from Zabka Polish Deli? Or the wings from Paolo’s Kitchen? You are missing out if you haven’t! Of course, the Pickles and Olives are the best, and now Julia Murtha is with us every week with her barbeque sauces, rubs and scones too. 

This week will be special – Morris Plains History Week. The Morris Plains Museum will be on hand with the books, pamphlets and postcards of Morris Plains! No excuse not to visit the Museum – just come to the Farmers Market. New to Morris Plains - this is a must. Representatives from Atlantic Health will be available to share your general health issues and provide vaccine confidence. Also, last call for the VFW Clambake tickets!

Morris Plains homebound residents that are in need of a flu or COVID booster vaccine can call Linda, a pharmacist with Generation Pharmacy, at 862-352-5530 to schedule an in-home vaccination appointment.

In an effort to maintain public safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, the municipal court will continue to host remote virtual court sessions.  Please contact us to schedule a proceeding and/or provide updated personal information.   



If you are disputing a traffic ticket and do not wish to appear in court, many cases are now eligible for review through the Online Municipal Case Resolution System at njmcdirect.com. You may select the option for case dispute and enter your ticket information.  Eligible traffic tickets will be reviewed by the prosecutor and you will be notified with their recommendation.

Rave is a notification tool utilized by the Morris Plains Police Department that notifies residents of road closures, upcoming events, impending severe weather and other news related events. Messages will be relayed via text message, phone call and/or email.
