Middle School iPad Information
Middle School iPad Meeting
Join Mrs. Linder to hear the details of the Middle School iPad program. Details of the meeting will include the purpose and care of the iPads and the requirements of the program. Parents of returning 7th or 8th-grade students do not need to attend the meeting. There have not been any changes to the Middle School iPad Acceptable Use Policy for the upcoming year. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm in the school cafeteria (Sacred Heart Center).
Devices From Home
If your student(s) utilizes a device from home, it will need to be dropped off to allow time for Mrs. Linder to reinstall the management system for the school year. Devices can be dropped off in the school office with Mrs. Rakosik next week between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Fees
If you have not yet paid the yearly fee for your student’s iPad, please do so in the school office before coming to pick up your student’s iPad. Fees can be paid in the school office with Mrs. Rakosik by cash or check. Please make checks payable to Saint Rose School. The office will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday next week.
iPad Acceptable Use Policy
Prior to picking up your student’s iPad, please review the full iPad Acceptable Use Policy here. To acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policy, an agreement form will need to be signed for each student. You can print the iPad Policy agreement here. There will also be additional copies available to be signed during pickup if you are unable to print the form prior to your arrival.
*Please note that all parents will sign in two places. Parent and student will sign at the top of the page to acknowledge your agreement to the iPad policy. If you are using a school-issued device, a signature is required to acknowledge the Insurance and Financial Liability. If you are using a device from home, a signature is required to grant permission to manage the device throughout the school year.
iPad Pickup
iPads will be available for pickup on Tuesday, August 18th from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm and Wednesday, August 19th from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm in the computer lab. Please be sure to have all fees paid, reviewed the iPad Acceptable Use Policy, and have a case in hand when you arrive to pick up your student's iPad.
