Portsmouth Friends Church leaders invested over eight hours of their time this past weekend to discern God' Mission and Vision for their church. They also identified the Core Values that highlights the uniqueness of their congregation. Churches across the Yearly Meeting have found the Mission, Vision Values (MVV) process to be a foundational building block in re-energizing their church to reach their community. Pursuit Friends Church in North Canton, OH is one of twelve new churches or campuses planted by EFC-ER in the past five years! Pursuit was launched in 2019 by Pastor Brian Donahue and his wife, Devon.
The vision of Pursuit Friends Church is: “To be a disciple-making, culture changing, and multiplying church. To see as many people as possible come into the saving knowledge of Jesus and enter into a lifestyle of discipleship, evangelism, mission, and multiplication of disciples.”
