Barberton Evangelical Friends Church (Rev. Dr. Vicki Breckner) celebrated its 75th anniversary on September 15, 2019! They enjoyed a great day of recognition and remembrance, featuring Sunday morning services, a catered dinner, and an evening celebration service.
Ascend Leadership Conference
Malone University's Leadership and Staff Dynamics class (MIN 424) is planning a fabulous event for the leaders of your church. Professors Marva Hoopes and Bill Quigley and their students will lead a variety of workshops for leaders of all age groups. Leaders, you will have the opportunity to pray together, sharpen your ministry skills, receive help and encouragement as you serve in the name of Jesus, take home practical ideas, and enjoy fun games and prizes.

This event will take place Saturday, October 26, 2019, at the ONE Center for Leadership  in Canton, OH from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Find out more about the sessions by downloading the brochure here .

Please pray for Pastor Tommy Hui who became the Lead Pastor at RiverGrace International Church in Hong Kong this past July. Pastor Tommy has been trained for his new role by founding pastors, Dave and Cindy Aufrance, who are preparing for their upcoming retirement and return to the U.S. in 2020. Pray for wisdom for Dave and Cindy as they continue to mentor Pastor Tommy and many others during their remaining months in Hong Kong (2 Timothy 2:1-2).
