An Update on Re-Gathering

Peace be with you.  As we move into a new season of this pandemic, including an increased number of vaccinations within and around our community, Bishop McLoughlin has shared new guidance for in-person worship in the Diocese of Western North Carolina.

In the coming weeks, we will adapt to these new guidelines at St. Mary of the Hills...

Altar Guild Volunteers

The Altar Guild continues to welcome new members, in a ministry of hospitality and preparation for worship each week. Flower Offering Opportunities

Is there an important person or a significant event happening in your life? Is there an upcoming birthday or anniversary you would like to honor? Sponsoring the flowers placed at the altar each week is a great way to offer thanks for life’s many gifts. Many dates are available for 2021. Please contact Greta Wilson, parish administrator, for more information and available dates.

Sorrow in our Parish

+ Carolyn Haines Tessien, mother of Bill Tessien, died Saturday, May 1st in Rome, New York. A funeral service was held earlier today and an obituary may be accessed online - HERE. We pray for Bill and Cynthia, and for the extended Tessien family.

As we become aware of births and deaths in the life of our parish community, this will be a space to share those announcements, as we have permission, so that we can pray for and support one another amidst all life's seasons.
Please contact Fr. Andrew to share announcements of joy or sorrow with the parish.
