Spring Sports are Coming up - ultimate frisbee, flag football, tennis, and track. If you are interested in joining a sport, please get in touch with Isis Hardy.

MMSD Spring 2023 Vaccine Clinics

MMSD is hosting six vaccine clinics in collaboration with Public Health Madison Dane County (PHMDC) and SSM Health for students, families, and staff! Vaccines required by the WI Student Immunization Law, plus Covid and Flu vaccines, will be available at all clinics. 

Jefferson will be hosting a clinic on March 22 during our cultural night.

¡MMSD organizará seis clínicas de vacunación en asociación con la Salud Pública de Madison y el Condado de Dane (PHMDC) y SSM Health para estudiantes, sus familias y el personal escolar! BATTLE OF THE BOOKS

Over the past two weeks, Jefferson students participated in the Battle of the Books. Teams of three to four students battled against other teams from the same grade to see who could recall the most information from lists of pre-selected books.

The winning teams from each grade then participated in the city-wide battles during the first week of March.

While Jefferson's teams didn't take home the trophies, everyone involved had a great time!

BATALLA DE LOS LIBROS

Durante las últimas dos semanas, los estudiantes de Jefferson participaron en la Batalla de los Libros. Equipos de tres o cuatro estudiantes lucharon contra otros equipos del mismo grado, para ver quién podía recordar la mayor cantidad de información de las listas de libros preseleccionados.

Los equipos ganadores de cada grado luego participaron en las batallas de toda la ciudad durante la primera semana de marzo.

Si bien los equipos de Jefferson no se llevaron a casa los trofeos, ¡todos los involucrados se divirtieron mucho!
