Kids Ministry services are now available Saturday mornings! Each week's online Kids Ministry service will now be available for viewing, right along with the Weekly Family Connection! Kids now have the opportunity to see some familiar faces on our Uptown stage as we worship, review our memory verse and virtue for the month, and focus on each week's bottom line. We hope that kids can view our online service, then connect with their small group Zooms that are happening each Sunday. Simply click the link below to tune in to this week's service! We are excited for a fresh way to bring Kids Ministry into your homes!
These days we are all missing so much of our regular routine. That includes seeing smiling familiar faces on Sunday mornings! We are excited to offer families of Crosswinds Kids Ministry an opportunity to connect during our time away from church! Kids are now able to connect on a smaller scale! We are providing a weekly opportunity for our preschoolers, one for Kindergarten through 2nd grade, and another for 3rd through 5th graders! For our preschoolers, look for a special prerecorded video from your small group leaders included in the Weekly Family Connection. This week, Ms. Wendy will be sharing with our preschoolers! For our kids in Kindergarten through 2nd grade, families will be receiving an invite for a Zoom meeting that will take place at 2pm on Sundays! This week, Ms. Mandy will be leading this Zoom! If you have a child in 3rd through 5th grade, you will receive an invite for a Zoom meeting that will take place at 10am on Sundays! This week, Ms. Beth will be leading this Zoom! In order to get the most out of these opportunities, we are asking families to make every effort to tune in to our brand-new Kids Ministry online service, or view the video presentations provided for your age group BEFORE! This is why we are sending the Weekly Family Connection out a day early, to give more time to view. We are excited to provide families with new ways to engage with Kids Ministry at Crosswinds!

Below you will find some things that are very familiar to your child and resources to help you have a fun "kids service" in your home! Depending on your child's age, check out the "parent guide." You can then watch the included videos and leverage the activities and God Time Cards.

For your reference, " First Look" is our preschool curriculum, " Elementary" is geared toward K-3, and "Preteen" targets 4th and 5th grade, but is also appropriate for 3rd grade.
Please enjoy a special video from Ms. Wendy!

Build a cardboard fort - or castle! Make it as big or as little as you like! Now that the weather is nice, you can even make it outdoors! Once your fort is all constructed, have fun decorating the walls and adding other details!

Teaching Your Kids to Pray
While   COVID-19 continues to affect the physical world, its impact also includes the mental health of adults and children alike.

Kids are struggling with sad, lonely, scared, and anxious thoughts. With all the change happening in our world, it is important that we show them how to lean on Jesus.

Teach your kids about prayer with these helpful tips...
The Parent Cue App
We recommend utilizing what is known as the "Parent Cue App." It’s designed to help parents connect with the heart of their child every week through Bible based content and practical things to say and do with their children.

The content is age specific, connected to Crosswinds Kids Min teaching focus and based on the number of weeks your children have left till graduation.

When you register, simply use Crosswinds' zip code of "14424" to connect to us.
