No food service on exam days
- The cafeteria will remain closed on exam days.
- Students are welcome to bring a snack from home to eat between the 2 final exam sessions.
Trinity transportation on exam days
- Trinity buses will run on the final exam days. The buses will depart school at 11:17 am each day.
- Extended-time testers will need to arrange for their own transportation home on final exam days.
Reminder about the New Cell phone and Smartwatch Policy:
Students may not have a cell phone or smartwatch in any examination room. They must leave their devices in their lockers. If a student has a phone or watch with her during an exam she is in danger of receiving a zero on her block exam.
Attendance during block exams
- All students (with the exception of seniors who have exempted) are required to attend all final exam periods.
- If a student is ill for a final exam, a parent / guardian must call in to report the absence.
- A make up exam will be scheduled on Tuesday, January 16 with the student’s counselor.
Attendance policy for seniors who have exempted exams
- Seniors who have exempted an exam do not need to report to school at the time of the exam they have exempted.
- If a senior would like to be at school during an exam time, she may come and remain in the library. Seniors must sign in and out of the library.
Grade posting for block 2:
- Blackbaud will not be visible to students or families from January 11 to January 23.
- Grades for block 2 will be posted on Blackbaud on Tuesday, January 23 at noon.
Days off for students: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, January 15-17
There will be no class for students on Monday, January 15 in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, on Tuesday, January 16 for a Grading Day for faculty, and on Wednesday, January 17 for a Faculty and Staff Retreat.
Beginning of Block 3: Thursday, January 18
Block 3 will begin at 8:00 am on Thursday, January 18.
