Get to know MINT Instructor, Lauren Lizewski.Lauren is an experienced strength-training instructor with a degree in Exercise Science and Master of Public Health. Overall wellness is important to her, so to complement her fitness experience, she has worked on nutrition policy research and is currently working on vaccine research.
Lauren teaches virtual Power Stretch on Tuesdays at 7:20am and Outdoor Power Playground on Wednesdays at 5pm and Thursdays at 7am.
