Fred Schuchart (Cooper & Scully, P.C.) presents this program for 1.5 hours of MCLE credit, no ethics, on Friday, February 22 , 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. at Heritage Plaza Ground Floor Conference Room .
This seminar will provide a historical background on the Stowers Doctrine and give a current view of recent cases. It will also offer practice tips for both sides of the bar.
