As of Feb 10, Aramark will be enforcing the policy of $5.00 negative balance. This means if a student doesn’t have enough money on their account for lunch, they can spend up to $5.00 to eat that day. However it needs to be paid the next day and they cannot eat again until it is paid. Also the $5.00 should be spent on food and drink, not snacks and cookies.

Each team competed in three rounds of trivia questions on a range of Latin language and history topics. Then, one of our teams advanced to the finals and earned 3rd place overall for the Novice Tournament. Congratulations to Shawn Bagga, Michael Brown, and David Trinh for earning 3rd place! The students were also able to visit the Penn Museum while in University City. It was an exciting day for our Latin students! Optime!

Finance
All Parents: Your FACTS account must be up to date in order for your child to attend the Junior Prom (April 14) or Senior Prom (May 18). The same policy applies if your child is asked to be a date of a student for any of the dances.

Your child will not be able to purchase a Prom ticket. Student Affairs will ask the child to see me in the Finance office and I will explain I need to follow up with his or her parents before a ticket can be bought.
Therefore, please check your balance and bring the FACTS account up to date ASAP.

All families that receive financial aid must submit an application EVERY year. Here is the main link for the financial aid application: https://online.factsmgt.com. It is
the same place you access the tuition payments. Go to the home page and the application is located at the top right.

You should file an application and pay the $30 fee through FACTS as soon as possible. I will be entering the awards beginning next week. We cannot award financial aid until we have a submitted application. If you need assistance to complete the application, please contact Denise Lynn Todd in the Finance Office at extension 1828 or at dtodd@cohs.com.
School Nurse
JUNIOR PARENTS. The Pa state required physical record is past due. Email this to flake@cohs.com or your student can bring it to the Health Office. An updated shot record is to be included.
Please assess your student's health in the morning before leaving for the school day. If your student was not feeling well before going to bed please be sure he/she is feeling completely well before making the decision to come to school. This is most important for keeping everyone healthy at Cardinal O'Hara.
