Student Services

Please review the following items from the Student Services Office:

New Traffic Flow

In our continuing effort to make our campus safe, we are making changes to our AM traffic patterns. The safety of our students is our number one priority. Effective immediately, vehicles not using the inner circle to drop students off in the rear of the building will need to continue to the front and exit the campus via Eagle Rd. If you are exiting onto Sproul Road you may only make a right-hand turn. While this may be a slight inconvenience, it will make drop-off more efficient in the long run. Attached are pictures of the new signage in the rear of the building.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT ON CAMPUS IS 15 MILES PER HOUR PLEASE FOLLOW AT ALL TIMES*

FACTS account is up to date. Please make up any missed payments ASAP so your child does not miss important college admission deadlines.

If you have any questions regarding FACTS balances, payment schedules, or

charges/credits, please contact Denise Todd in the Finance Office.

All Parents: Please check your FACTS account balance. Thanks for all your hard work and commitment to making payments for your child’s education.

However, if an account falls within the 90 days delinquent category, students will be withdrawn per Diocesan policy at the end of the first quarter (Friday, November 8) until payment is made.

The 2024 – 2025 FACTS financial aid application just opened this week on Tuesday, October 1. Here is the main link for the financial aid application on the FACTS website: https://online.factsmgt.com.

You should file an application and pay the $35 fee through FACTS as soon as

possible to maintain your child’s financial aid award for next school year. Any family who receives financial aid MUST file a financial aid application EACH year.
