Director of Learning and Instruction
Metro Christian Academy seeks Director of Learning and Instruction. This position will monitor, cultivate, and advance all things related to learning and teaching from P3 thru 12th grade, including but not limited to overseeing the Learning Commons, curricula, textbook acquisition, title funding, accreditation, certification, professional development, faculty coaching, biblical worldview integration, and educational innovation. The ideal candidate is engaging and collaborative, develops connected relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and is an authentic Christian with a passion for serving God and others.
This is a full-time, twelve-month position that reports to the Head of School and serves on the school’s leadership team. Qualified candidate will have a master’s degree from an accredited college or university and hold an Oklahoma State teaching certificate and/or credentials in educational leadership or administration.

Security Guard
Metro Christian Academy seeks a full-time and a part-time Security Guard. The Security Guard is responsible for the safety, security, and welfare of all students, staff, and visitors on school property and at school-sponsored events and activities. The ideal candidate enforces school rules and established safety protocols and procedures and responds to and assists in crisis and emergency situations. The qualified candidate must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills and be able to act as a positive role model and develop a positive rapport with students, parents, and staff.
To be considered, candidates must be Armed CLEET certified with one-year law enforcement/security experience, required, or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
