Winter Uniforms- 11/4/19
Winter uniforms are around the corner. Students should be in full winter uniform beginning on November 4, 2019. Please take this time to purchase any necessary uniform items that you will need. All students must be in compliance with the winter uniform beginning on November 4th- no exceptions. Please contact the Student Services Office with any questions.
 
Gently used sweaters can be purchased in the Student Services Office for $10. There are a very limited number of used cardigans for $15. Other gently used uniform items are also available. 
 
You can also purchase new maroon stockings for $5 and new O'Hara ties for $15.

The Mother/Daughter Luncheon is getting close! There are two ways to purchase your tickets.  Deadline is Nov 5th

1. You may stop in the Student Affairs Office and pay in person

Winter Sports Information
All those planning on playing any winter sports must register with familyID. All athletes must register. Please see the two different links. 

Athletes who played a fall sport, please click on the link that says, “Athletes who played a fall sport in 2019."

Athletes who did not play a fall sport, please click on the link that says, “New Athletes - Who did not play a fall sport in 2019"

Please use the link below to register.


Follow these steps:

- To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word  Programs .

-Next click on the green  Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the  Create Account/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click  Create Account. Click  Log In , if you already have a FamilyID account.

-Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click  Create Account.

-You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).

-Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to FamilyID.com

-Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.

-Click the  C ontinue button when your form is complete.

-Review your registration summary.

Dual Enrollment Opportunity
Dear Cardinal O’Hara Family,
Delaware County Community College (DCCC) and Cardinal O’Hara High School are partnering to offer eligible COHS students the opportunity to enroll in college courses and earn college credits while in high school. These classes are taught at Delaware County Community College in a traditional classroom setting or online.

Thankful Thursdays
This will be our 4th year for Thankful Thursdays. The teachers and staff have tremendously enjoyed your generosity the past three years. On each of the Thursdays in November, the parents volunteer to bring in treats for our faculty and staff to enjoy as a sign of gratitude for all that they do for our students. 


Color Guard Academy
Color Guard Academy for 7th and 8th Grade: Perform, Compete, Dance, and more as part of our Color Guard Academy at Cardinal O'Hara! The Guard Academy is a Color Guard for 7th and 8th graders introducing them to the Sport of the Arts. In an effort to increase communication, we are excited to share the launching of our new app. This app includes any important announcements and updates as well as the school calendar. The calendar includes all school events and academic schedules. The athletic calendar must still be accessed from the  athletic website . It will also send you alerts if you enable notifications. The app is still in the early stages, but it is an extremely useful tool for students and parents.

Here are the steps to download the app:

  1. Go to the app store or play store depending on your device.
  2. Search for "School News by Edlio."
  3. Download the app.
  4. Once downloaded, open the app and it will prompt you to search for you school. Type in "Cardinal O'Hara High School." (It should pop up after a few letters)
  5. Once you are in the app, if you click on "alerts" you will be prompted if you would like to enable notifications.
