The Holiday Season Will Lose
Some of Its Sparkle
Sadly, the holiday season will lose some sparkle this year. Walnut Creek On Ice, one of our most popular annual attractions, is being put on pause this year because of uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus crisis. This week in October typically begins the rink construction, and soon, passerby would see the giant tents going up that start the countdown to the Children’s Winter Festival and 10 weeks of skating fun. The Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau and the Walnut Creek Downtown want to acknowledge and thank all of our loyal sponsors who have helped us bring the ice rink to the community. We also thank the 40,000+ skaters each year and all the onlookers who have made Walnut Creek On Ice part of their holiday tradition for fifteen years. We plan to be frozen and back in Civic Park again next year!
The Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau is excited to announce the 16th annual
 East Bay Women's Conference
Two-day virtual event
Monday, March 1 & Tuesday, March 2, 2021

Sponsorship Opportunities

Now in its sixteenth year, the East Bay Women’s Conference is the only conference of its kind in San Francisco’s East Bay that provides women opportunities to come together and participate in programs of personal and professional enrichment and development, and those that expand horizons by sharing the stories of others who live across the street, around the country, and on the other side of the world.

Traditionally held the first Monday in March at the San Ramon Marriott, this year’s conference will be a two-day virtual event. Just like the rest of the world, we needed to adapt, adjust, pivot, and make some unexpected changes. We are excited that
technology enables us to still bring the EBWC community together for these much-anticipated days of enrichment.

In this time of uncertainty and isolation, inspiring and lifting each other up is more important than ever. We are looking to sponsors to help us continue the mission of inspiration and connection that the conference has always been known for. We look forward to you joining us as we expand our program, further our reach, and embrace this new challenge with the wonder of all that is possible! For a Sponsorship Brochure, click here.

To make inquiries about the Conference or 2021 Conference Sponsorship, please contact EBWC Founder Marcie Hochhauser at mhoch@walnut-creek.com.
