Meat Update
Thank you for your patience over this past week as our floor freezer was being repaired. We're happy to say it is back online, and we've brought in a few new goodies for you to try. Don't miss out on:
Lummi Island Wild Tuna Loins! These gorgeous Pacifica Albacore tuna loins are coming to us from Lummi Island Wild--one of the most sustainable fisheries in the world, and happily located in our own backyard, which means these fish didn't have to travel very far. Individually cryo-vacced for your convenience at $27.00/lb, this is some of the highest-quality, tastiest, and eco-friendly fish you can get our hands on!
Skagit Valley Fresh Pork Belly: If there's ever a month for pork belly, it's February! These beautiful slabs of fresh pork belly are coming to us from Skagit Valley Ranch, and the options are endless! Try roasting your belly low and slow with fennel and cabbage, or a chasu-style braise with soy sauce and ginger. Sure to provide a little extra warmth for these final months of winter. $14.00/lb
