Arthrex Inventory Audit Starting April 10th |

Below are a few key reminders regarding next week's audit:
Bring all white box, field trays, office trays, and any loose DEX metal to your team's designated location at the designated time. Since Redspot will be frozen during the audit, be sure to get all bill-onlys in by Friday at 5 in order to be processed. Please get as many cases/inventory requests for next week (especially Monday & Tuesday) as possible into Redspot by this Wednesday 4/5 in order for Operations to coordinate inventory (e.g. loaners) while our trays are being counted. Check your email for a message from Mike & Ian with specific information and instructions for your team.

Add a New Surgeon to Redspot - As a reminder, with the new AXIS/Redspot merge, you DO still have the ability to add a surgeon to Redspot while entering a case - it just looks a little different than before. Follow these steps to add a surgeon, but don't forget to check and see if they're already in the system first! As of the beginning of March, Supreme has officially launched the new Snap-Off Compression FT Screw System with 4 new trays! ICYMI, be sure to check out Kerry's email from March 3rd for all the details. |

Local Lab Request Process Change |
|
|
As of April 1st, all local lab requests now need to be submitted through AXIS. Once the AXIS request is submitted, you will need to submit a separate Equipment Request Form as well. Please watch this instructional video to walk you through the entire process, and you can always reference the full SOP on the Communication Site as well.
