Inviting proposals from faculty and staff related to sustainable design or sustainable technology. You can apply for up to $30,000 to develop or strengthen existing courses and programs that incorporate key concepts through innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E).
Examples of sustainability principles and frameworks include: systems thinking; life cycle analysis; green chemistry, materials, or manufacturing; circular economy; and Biomimicry.

"The National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) is urgently soliciting proposals for RADx, a fast-track technology development program for at-home and point-of-care testing innovations, in response to COVID-19. Innovators and inventors with promising
rapid testing solutions can receive up to $500 million to help fund product development
, along with coaching from technical, business, and manufacturing experts to support their journey to market."
Applications at any stage of readiness will be considered.

Undergraduate student teams have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions to unmet health and clinical problems and win up to $100,000 prizes for 2020. There are 6 prizes that can be won:
- DEBUT Challenge prizes:
- 1st Prize: The Steven H. Krosnick Prize: $20,000
- 2nd Prize: $15,000
- 3rd Prize: $10,000
- HIV/AIDS Prize: $15,000 (with funds from the NIH Office of AIDS Research)
- The Healthcare Technologies for Low-Resource Settings Prize: $15,000 (with funds from the National Institute of Minority and Health Disparities)
- Venture Prize: $15,000
- Design Excellence Prize: $5,000
- Honorable Mentions: $1,000
