Discussing the Events in Ukraine with Students

Russia's invasion of Ukraine has been on the forefront of many Americans minds. Images and stories of war, resistance, and death have permeated the news for weeks. This has caused stress and anxiety for many Americans for a variety of reasons. Strong opinions can also cause bullying between students of different backgrounds. We have uplifted some key resources for schools and school health partners on how to approach conversations with students on this issue.
