As part of the HRBT Expansion Project, construction crews will implement weekly lane closures, detours and traffic pacing on local roads, I-64 and the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds and detours in some areas. Lane closures, detours and traffic pacing are subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

TRAFFIC ALERT: Starting February 14, 2025, 13th View/Bayville on-ramp to I-64 E in Norfolk will close temporarily. A detour is anticipated to be in place through April 2025. Read the full traffic alert HERE.

• Single lane closure on I-64 east/west at Mallory Street to HRBT from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Detour at I-64 west Mallory Street on/off-ramp from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
