As part of the HRBT Expansion Project, construction crews will implement weekly lane closures, detours and traffic pacing on local roads, I-64 and the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds and detours in some areas. Lane closure, detours and traffic pacing are subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

NOTE: Check the project webpage often for the latest updates to the weekly lane closures.

• Multiple stoppages on Mallory Street on-ramp to I-64 east from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Each stoppage may last up to 20 minutes.

Wednesday, February 21 to Thursday, February 22

• Single lane closure on I-64 east at W. Bay Avenue to Oastes Creek from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Friday, February 23

• Single lane closure on I-64 east at W. Bay Avenue to Oastes Creek from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
