As part of the HRBT Expansion Project, construction crews will implement weekly lane closures, detours and traffic pacing on local roads, I-64 and the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds and detours in some areas. Lane closure, detours and traffic pacing are subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

• Single lane closure at 4^th View from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Flagging operation at Bayville Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Single lane closure I-64 east/west at Willoughby Bay Bridge to 4^th View from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Monday, February 12 to Thursday, February 15

• Single lane closure I-64 east/west at Willoughby Bay Bridge to 4^th View from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Wednesday, February 14 to Thursday, February 15

• Multiple stoppages on I-64 west at Willoughby Bay Bridge from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Each stoppage may last up to 20 minutes
• Single lane closure I-64 east from Patrol Road to I-564 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Thursday, February 15

• Single lane closure I-64 east at 1^st View to W. Bay Avenue from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Friday, February 9 through Friday, February 16 (24 hours per day)

Motorists should expect delays or take alternate routes. As always, motorists are encouraged to slow down, eliminate distractions and pay careful attention while driving through the construction zone.
