As part of the HRBT Expansion Project, construction crews will implement weekly lane closures, detours and traffic pacing on local roads, I-64 and the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds and detours in some areas. Lane closure, detours and traffic pacing are subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

Tuesday, October 15 to Thursday, October 17

• Single lane closure I-64 west at Mallory Street from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Multiple stoppages I-64 west at Mallory Street from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Each stoppage may last up to 20 minutes.

• Single lane closure I-64 east/west at HRBT from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.

• Single lane closure I-64 east from Mason Creek Road to 1st View from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Tuesday, October 15 to Thursday, October 17

• Single lane closure I-64 east at Willoughby Bay Bridge from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Single lane closure I-64 west from 4th View to Willoughby Bay Bridge from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Single lane closure I-64 east from Mason Creek Road to 1st View from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Wednesday, October 16 to Thursday, October 17

Motorists should expect delays or take alternate routes. As always, motorists are encouraged to slow down, eliminate distractions and pay careful attention while driving through the construction zone.
