As part of the HRBT Expansion Project, construction crews will implement weekly lane closures, detours and traffic pacing on local roads, I-64 and the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds and detours in some areas. Lane closures, detours and traffic pacing are subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

• Single lane closure on I-64 west from Hampton Shore to Mallory Street from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Saturday, November 1

• Multiple stoppages on I-64 east from Hampton Shore to Norfolk Shore from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Each stoppage may last up to 20 minutes.

Sunday, November 2 through Tuesday, November 4

• Single lane closure on I-64 east/west from Mallory Street to Hampton Shore from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Wednesday, November 5

• Single lane closure on I-64 west from Hampton Shore to Mallory Street from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

• Single lane closure on I-64 east from 1st View St to Patrol Rd from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Tuesday, November 4 through Thursday, November 6

• Single lane closure on I-64 east at Mason Creek to Oastes Creek from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Single lane closure on I-64 west from Patrol Rd to 4th View St from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Wednesday, November 5 and Thursday, November 6

• Detour of I-64 east off-ramp to 4th View St (Exit 273) from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Motorists are advised to use West Ocean View/Willoughby Spit Exit 272.
• Single lane closure I-64 east at West Ocean View/Willoughby Spit from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Friday, November 7

• Single lane closure on I-64 west at West Ocean View/Willoughby Spit from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Single lane closure on I-64 east at Willoughby Bay Bridge to 4th View St from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Multiple stoppages on I-64 east from Willoughby Bay Bridge to 4th View St from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Each stoppage may last up to 20 minutes.
• Single lane closures on I-64 east/west between Patrol Rd and 4th View St from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
