Due to the event’s growing popularity and to help avoid the disappointment of last-minute no-shows when we have a wait list, we have a new check-in process.
Check-In Schedule:
- 5:15 PM – 5:40 PM: Pre-check-in for all registered homeowners on the registration list.
- 5:41 PM – 6:00 PM: Remaining seats will be offered to residents on the wait list, until we reach our max capacity of 84.
I appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to streamline the process and make sure as many residents as possible can enjoy this popular event.
