Updated Weekly Lookahead: 6/19/25-6/21/25

BELLE CHASSE, LA. - The Belle Chasse Bridge and Tunnel Replacement Project has rescheduled the previously noted nighttime lane closures on LA23. The updated schedule, to allow for installation of vehicle detection loops at the Burmaster intersection, includes work between 9 p.m. and 4:30 a.m.

As always, these anticipated impacts are weather permitting and subject to potential changes.

Weekly Lookahead: 6/19/25 to 6/21/25

Thursday 6/19

• Southbound left turn onto Burmaster and northbound left turn into bulb-out.

Friday 6/20

• Southbound alternating closures between Timber Ridge St. and Burmaster St.

Saturday 6/21

• Northbound outside lane and southbound inside lane between Timber Ridge St. and Burmaster St.
