Community Covenant Convocation

Please join us for this important kick-off session at the Pathway Church worship center. At least one parent from each family MUST attend. A volunteer hour will be awarded.

Master's SMS/Texting Alerts

Beginning in September, a link to the weekly Master's Memo and occasional very important messages will be sent right to your phones via SMS. Please know that we are approaching this thoughtfully.

While you may opt out at any time, be aware that SMS will be our primary method for urgent alerts, including time-sensitive updates such as weather-related closures. We strongly encourage families to remain opted in to ensure you receive critical information when it matters most.

Themed Skate Nights | Mark Your Calendars!

The Booster Club will host fun-themed skate nights on 8/25, 9/29, 1/26, 3/16, and 5/25. More information coming soon!

LOWER SCHOOL NEWS & REMINDERS

We are considering offering a Chess Club again, as well as a Running Club for lower school students. Please email Mr. Lantrip and let him know which club(s) your child may be interested in. More information will be forthcoming if it's determined that there is enough interest to form these clubs.

UPPER SCHOOL NEWS & REMINDERS

Please be sure to review the Upper School Handbook, which includes a few changes for the upcoming school year. The handbook is located in the FACTS Family Portal > Resources.

Activate Your Parent Vidigami Account Today!

Master’s Academy utilizes a platform called VIDIGAMI to capture and share all of our incredible moments at school – safely and securely. Photos are uploaded by our faculty and staff throughout the year. Activating your Vidigami account will enable you to save and download cherished photos of your student, while enjoying the connectedness of seeing what’s going on at every event and grade level!

Parents who have NOT already activated their accounts, as well as parents of NEW students will receive an email from Vidigami on MONDAY inviting you to activate your account. Be watching your inbox!

OUR VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS APPRECIATED!

Here's how you can get involved:

EAL (Elementary Athletic League) Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to help with our K-5 EAL on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 3:30 - 4:30 PM. This is a great opportunity to encourage our students, help them build athletic skills, and make sports fun! Email Mr. Lantrip if interested.

Lunchroom Volunteers

We are looking for substitutes to train to run the lunchroom when our lunchroom coordinator is absent. If you are organized, work well with others, and would be interested in helping, please reach out to Mr. Lantrip.

Athletics Volunteers

There are a number of ways you can volunteer for our athletics program. Email Coach Boyer for more information about the following opportunities:

PATRIOT ATHLETICS ANNOUNCEMENTS

Pep Squad Sign-Ups - Girls, Grades 2-5

Pep Squad registrations are underway NOW through August 28th! The Pep Squad will be cheering for a full quarter alongside our Varsity cheer squad on September 18th, and will also be performing during halftime! Email Coach Conard to register. Click HERE for more information.

Fall Sports - Middle and High School Students

Students who wish to participate in fall sports, please notify your coach or Coach Boyer. Practices have already begun, so sign up ASAP if you haven't already!

Boys Soccer Sign-Ups

All boys in grades 6 through 12 who are interested in playing soccer this winter, please reach out to Coach Bob Flaming. Pre-season conditioning activities will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
