WINTER WINELAND

Event Date: January 18-19, 2025

Anticipated ticket sales 1800

Reimbursement, up to $250 for food, music, decor (food is not required). We DO want to see selfie stations...something cute guests can share on social #winterwineland2025

This event takes place on a 3-day weekend. We would love to see some wineries extend their event special through MONDAY. We would promote those offers on the printed program and online.

Lets entice visitors to STAY LONGER.

Deadline to sign-up ~ Oct. 16th.

Tickets on sale ~ Nov. 7th

We have sold 1250 tickets.

This is 300 LESS than this time last year.

Goal is to sell 2000. Last year we sold 1800.

If you are a participating winery, we need you to put on a full court press. Share in your newsletters and wine club inserts.

One post on social media does not move the needle.

We are adding some additional bay area digital and radio spots

as well as local radio.

We need your MAP edits by Oct. 15

THIS FRIDAY - Generation Housing is hosting a Housing Solutions Summit on Friday, October 11. They are asking for wineries interested in offering complimentary tasting for their guest speakers.

Wildly Random Inquiry - John David DeCapo, from Kansas City, is in search of buyjng bulk wine to bottle. He is very entrepreneurial and is currently opening a pizza place and has invested in a lot of businesses and restaurants. He has this idea to revive the 'Chianti' bottles with the baskets, and has found the basket producers in Italy that he can buy the bottles from - now he needs bulk wine to buy and bottle it. He is looking for someone who has bulk wine, like a red blend made with Sangiovese, etc.

If you want more details (which I do not have), please reach out to Nikki Gelardi, she can direct you.

Thank you to our partners along the Wine Road for their financial support.
