Wine Road's First Holiday Wine Trail & Market

We are so close to making this happen...so close :-)

Don't over think this idea.

You will be open Saturday Dec. 7th
You would love to see 10-20 MORE guests than a usual slow Sat. in Dec.
You most likely HAVE some cute, local, or custom, or interesting ITEM you could promote as your "Holiday Market Item".

The idea of the Holiday Market is just a seasonal "hook" to help draw some interest and get people out of the house to go wine tasting.

If you want to give it a try, the deadline to sign-up (below) is Nov. 7th - Thursday.

We anticipate selling about 100-150 tickets for the day.

If you sign up, send me a cute photo of your item, so we can create a little buzz with a collage of goodies! Shop Local, Support Small Businesses

Also - the ticket is $40 and $10 of that will be donated to the Redwood Empire Food Bank.

What A Perfect Weekend To Be Out Wine Tasting.

I hope the participating wineries had a great weekend!

We are thrilled with our ticket sales, as this is the first time in four years we can say we saw an increase is sales...it was small, but we'll take it!

When all was said and done, Debbie accommodated every ticket request that came in after sales ended, bringing our total tickets to 1950!

SUPPLY RETURN - please try to get everything returned this week - Debbie and Liana work from home, so I'll be here Wed-Fri, 10:00-4:00. If you miss me, leave things in the map box.

I'm am sure all of you would benefit from a few more visitors on a Thursday. Give this a try.

This promotion will not bring 100 people to your door every week, but it may bring ten. Ten you may not have seen without this. Maybe it's time to try something new.

Wine Road will:

Create a page on our website - Locals Only Tasting
This will be a simple list of wineries that offer this special
We will provide you with a PDF to download this sign - “Ask about our Locals offer". It will have a QR code to the list of participants.
We will create some videos for social media, which will be targeted to Sonoma County only AND we will promote it with local radio interviews.
We will also be working with local wine shops to help us spread the word.

We will get the word out locally!

WIN EXPO - Dec. 5th - Register Now

Registration is open for the 12^th Annual North Coast Wine Industry Trade Show & Conference (WIN Expo), scheduled to take place at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa, CA, on Thursday, December 5^th, 2024.

WIN Expo is the largest trade show and conference focused exclusively on the Lake, Mendocino, Napa, and Sonoma wine regions. The event is set to include nearly 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services as well as outdoor exhibits, trial tastings on the trade show floor and a robust educational conference.

On a personal note - my good news for the week - I have a new grandbaby!
