Fourth Sunday after Epiphany

The word “Beatitudes” refers to the list of nine “Blessed are they” in this Sunday’s gospel. These words of Jesus are lovely to hear, but challenging to embody. Come to worship, where we receive the Spirit to live according to this countercultural worldview.

Please plan on joining us for RIC Sunday this week.

Folks are invited to bring a bottle of water to pour into the baptismal font during the service.

Please stay after the service for the Annual Congregational Meeting.

Community Prayer Vigils: Join the community for an interfaith prayer vigil supporting immigrants, Fridays, 8:30-10:00 am, ICE Field Office on the Southside, 3000 Sydney St. If the Pittsburgh Public Schools have a delay or cancellation, the Vigil will be canceled.

Lutheran Disaster Response Trip: From May 3-9, our Synod's Lutheran Disaster Response Team will be traveling for a second time for a week of mission work to help restore and rebuild communities across Western North Carolina affected by Hurricane Helene. All experience levels welcome! This trip is open for adults (18 and over) with a per person cost of $200. Register by February 28. Details
