All Saints Sunday

21st Sunday after Pentecost

God has made into saints all who have been baptized into Christ, and on the festival of All Saints Day we honor especially those saints who have died in the faith. Their names may be unknown and their lives generally forgotten, but we sing our thanks that they are now held in God.

Collecting Canned Corn to Support Light of Life: Through November 9, we are collecting canned corn for their Thanksgiving baskets (standard-size only; no creamed corn, please). Your donations are greatly appreciated!

Friday Prayer Vigils: Join members of PHLC and community members from all faiths in a prayer vigil on Friday mornings from 8-10 am at 3000 Sydney Street outside the ICE Field Office on the Southside. Hosted by Sisters of St. Joseph, Pax Christi, and Casa San José.
