All strains of Flu are highly contagious and cause days of discomfort. The Flu can even be deadly for folks who are elderly, disabled or have a compromised immune system.

Your best protection against all types of Flu is to get the seasonal Flu vaccine. RHDD has made the Flu vaccine free again this year to all staff through our voucher program.

There are four types of influenza; Type A, B, C and D. There is currently a spike in cases of Type A so protect yourself against this easily avoidable virus.
