THE WEEKLY MISSIVE
April 10, 2026

A Heart Full of Gratitude
Dear Friends,
With a full and grateful heart, I find myself reflecting on the grace of our shared celebration of the Sacred Triduum last week. These holy days—so rich in symbol, story, and song—invite us ever more deeply into the mystery of Christ’s dying and rising, a mystery we are privileged to experience together as a community of faith, year after year.
In a time marked by uncertainty, longing, and darkness in our world, the light of Easter shines all the more brightly among us. The beauty of our liturgy, the power of our prayer, and the spirit of our gathering speak to the hope that is alive in this community.
So many have shared words of gratitude in recent days—for the reverence and care of our ritual, for the inspiring music and dance, and for the way our collective prayer drew them more deeply into the heart of these sacred celebrations. This is a testament to the many hands and hearts who gave so generously last week of their time, talent, and spirit, and who continue to give so graciously to make our worship so meaningful week after week. For all our ministers and volunteers, I remain immensely grateful!
As we bask in the joy of the Easter season and begin to see the signs and promise of new life and growth emerging around us, may we carry forward that same spirit of hope, gratitude, and renewal—trusting that the Risen Christ is alive among us, calling us with urgency to be bearers of light and peace in the world.
With heartfelt gratitude, and in the love and peace of the Risen Christ,
Norm, on behalf of the Paulist Center Staff
Alvaro, Barbara, Deb, Dorothy, Gus, Liz, Norm, Fr. Rick, Rob, Sal, Susan, and Timmy
