News and Updates...

State ISASP Testing

As a reminder, tomorrow, Monday, March 24th, we will begin ISASP testing. We will be using a 2 hour delay bell schedule on these days.

  • On Monday (3/24) & Tuesday (3/25) 9th-11th grade students will begin testing at 7:50 am. Seniors will not need to report until 9:50 am.
  • On Wednesday (3/26) Sophomores only will begin testing at 8:50 am. Grades 9, 11 and 12 will report at 9:50 am.
  • There will be no House or RTI on these days.
  • We will use the RTI program to assign students to a testing room. Students should look at their RTI to see which room to report to for testing.
  • Kirkwood students will be assigned to an RTI on Thursday to take tests that they missed.

Last Call: 2025 Grandparents Mass: Parents, Please RSVP

Xavier will be holding our Annual Grandparents Mass on Friday, April 25 at 1:00 PM. All grandparents are invited to attend the Mass with their grandchild(ren). Once again, we are asking parents to RSVP the total number of grandparents attending for your child. We will then mail them an invitation with the details, but grandparents will not need to RSVP themselves. Even if your grandparents cannot attend in person, please complete this form so that we may send them information about how to find the mass online.

Once you have a total number of attendees determined, please click here to RSVP for them ASAP - Deadline extened through Monday, March 24th. If you have any that are uncertain, please add them as a "yes". We'd rather plan for too many than too few!

Spring Blood Drive

Our next Blood Drive will be Thursday, April 3 from 8am to Noon in the Gym Balcony.

Click Blood Drive Sign Up Link to sign up. Students under 16 must see Nurse Naeve for a parental consent form.

Service Requirements

Please remember that students have a 45-hour service graduation requirement. Please ask your child to share their progress by showing you the hours they have entered on their MobileServe App.

  • Sophomores should have 15 hours entered by the end of this school year
  • Juniors should have 30 total hours entered
  • Seniors should have 45 total hours entered

Students grades 9-11 should continue entering service hours throughout the summer.

For more information about this requirement please visit the website at xaviersaints.org/service

If you have any questions, please contact Laura Zeckser at laura.zeckser@crxcs.org.

XPX Uniform & Spirit Wear Collection

XPX will once again be collecting “graduated” and out-grown GENTLY WORN uniforms. These items will be available in August for purchase at the annual SAINTS SHOP Back-to-School Sale! All proceeds from this sale will directly benefit the XPX programs, which support the students, staff and teachers at Xavier. When you clean out those closets, please bring ANY UNIFORM APPROVED items (polos, sweaters, quarter-zips, pants) to the main office. Gently used spirit wear will be accepted too. All items must be without stains or tears. Thank you for your support!

Video Board Help Needed

Are you interested in learning about video boards? Do you want to make a little extra money? XCS Foundation is looking for adults or students who are interested in helping to run and monitor the video boards during home varsity games year-round on an as-needed basis. This would include running graphics for pregame including prayer, the National Anthem and the starting line-ups. This would also include running sport-specific business acknowledgements and content during the games/events. All graphics would be pre-loaded and ready to use. No graphic creation or experience is required. Training would begin during the summer 2025 baseball/softball season. Depending on the person, training could also occur during the upcoming soccer season. This is a paid position, as-needed basis when we have home varsity matches and would continue into the following school year.

If you are interested, or have questions, please reach out to Denise Venteicher at denise.venteicher@crxcs.org.
