State ISASP Testing

Starting the Monday after Spring Break, we will begin ISASP testing. We will be using a 2 hour delay bell schedule on these days.

  • On Monday (3/24) & Tuesday (3/25) 9th-11th grade students will begin testing at 7:50 am. Seniors will not need to report until 9:50 am.
  • On Wednesday (3/26) Sophomores only will begin testing at 8:50 am. Grades 9, 11 and 12 will report at 9:50 am.
  • There will be no House or RTI on these days.
  • We will use the RTI program to assign students to a testing room. Students should look at their RTI to see which room to report to for testing.
  • Kirkwood students will be assigned to an RTI on Thursday to take tests that they missed.

Action Item: 2025 Grandparents Mass: Parents, Please RSVP by 3/13

Xavier will be holding our Annual Grandparents Mass on Friday, April 25 at 1:00 PM. All grandparents are invited to attend the Mass with their grandchild(ren). Once again, we are asking parents to RSVP the total number of grandparents attending for your child. We will then mail them an invitation with the details, but grandparents will not need to RSVP themselves. Even if your grandparents cannot attend in person, please complete this form so that we may send them information about how to find the mass online and thank them for their support.

Once you have a total number of attendees determined, please click here to RSVP for them by Thursday, March 13th. If you have any that are uncertain, please add them as a "yes". We'd rather plan for too many than too few!

Last Month to Turn in Hy-Vee Receipts

Please continue to drop off Hy-Vee receipts for their Cash 4 Students program at the main office anytime in March. The deadline to turn in receipts is Monday, March 31st. Any receipts collected with dates after April 1st can be saved and turned in next school year.

Thank you for your help with this wonderful program!

New Manufacturing Class Seeks Materials

The new Introduction to Manufacturing class is in need of materials for various student projects. If you have extra hardwood pieces lying around in your basement or garage, please consider donating them to the high school. These materials will be used by students to build projects. We prefer pieces to be at least 3/4" x 3/4" x 10". For more information or to donate, please contact David.Schubert@crxcs.org
