Welcome October! Look out, here comes Christmas. Yes, Christmas! At Graceworks, we are already planning for the Advent season and Christmas. This year, for the Advent devotional, rather than purchasing devotionals from a printing company, Graceworks will produce its own collection of inspirational thoughts to celebrate the coming of our Savior. With the theme of “God’s Greatest Gift shared by Graceworks,” an emphasis on sharing God’s gift of His Son with the world through the personal experiences of members of Graceworks will be made available to the church family to read, as well as share with others outside the church.

In order to produce a collection of devotions, there is a need for writers. I am looking for volunteers to write a devotion of three to four paragraphs. Each devotion is to include a Bible verse that reflects the theme of God’s gift to the world, Jesus. Each devotion needs to be original and not a reproduction of another published writer. Since this is a means for Graceworks to share Jesus, personal experiences from our writers is the desired approach for each devotion.

If you are willing to participate in writing for this project or would like more information, please contact me with a text as soon as possible - Tony at 423-290-9957. The deadline for writing submissions is October 26.
