A Message from

Winter Storm of 2026 coming!

If you have not seen the weather for the weekend, let me be the one to inform you as to the forecast for Sunday. Very cold and lots of snow! At least that is what I have been told. I realize those in the know are not Biblical prophets, but they are warning us of possible future weather conditions. Leaders of the church are aware that conditions could be bad for the weekend, or they could not be as forecasted. In case of inclement weather, please check the church Facebook page, local TV stations, and Realm, the church communication tool and database for closures or changes in plans. As far as communicating a decision, leaders will try to make a decision well in advance of church events and not wait until the last minute. For this weekend, we'll wait until Saturday to make a final decision. As a general rule, please exercise caution when attending any Church events when the weather is bad. Don’t put yourself at risk. Stay tune.

Be sure to take time to meet our newest staff member, Jacob Barrett. This past Sunday was Jacob’s first Sunday at Graceworks. Jacob will be serving at Graceworks as our full-time youth pastor. Jacob will be participating in a breakfast for our youth and families this Sunday prior to worship.

Sunday’s takeaway for the sermon was a charge to pray for your Graceworks Church family. Pictorial directories were made available to everyone in attendance with the instruction to pray regularly for each member by name to grow and increase in love and knowledge of the Word with discernment. The production of spiritual fruit should also be included in our prayers for our church family. Pray for your Graceworks Church! If you were not able to get a directory, please request one on Sunday. We had such a good response that we needed additional copies.

Forward Together in 26!

Tony
