Three Kings Day is Saturday, January 6. In many Latin American countries, Santa Claus isn’t as popular as he is in the United States. Rather, it is the Three Wise Men who are the bearers of gifts and leave presents in or near the shoes of small children. The holiday is also known by the name Epiphany and dates back to the 4th century. A grand feast would be held on this day to honor the occasion of Jesus’ baptism and to pay homage to the Three Wise Men.
Many believe mysterious events preceded Jesus’ birth with perhaps the most notable being the appearance of the star in Bethlehem. This new star appeared in the evening sky just prior to the arrival of Jesus. Three wise men, or Magi as they were known, whose names were Caspar, Melchior, and Balthasar, traveled a far distance to pay homage to Christ. They brought with them fine gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

Our Flexible Holiday Policy, launched in January 2023, applies to all MA, NNE, and CT non-union employees (including Sales Representatives) and Local 122 Sales Representatives.
Company Holidays are days when the business is closed, and employees are expected to be off.
Company Holidays include:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If an employee works on a fixed company holiday, they must first obtain approval from their supervisor, and then follow the Float Holiday/Holiday Worked policy. Instructions are located on the HR Hub: Holiday Worked Instructions.
Flex Holidays
Eligible employees receive 40 hours of Flex Holiday per year. You can use the Flex Holidays throughout the fiscal year for any days you choose to celebrate.
What does that mean for other holidays?
If an employee works on any day that is not a company holiday, as listed above, no action is required. No action is required if you work Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Patriot's Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, or Veteran's Day.
If you choose to take one of these days off, you must request it in Paylocity. You can use any of your time off available for the day (i.e., Vacation/ETO, Flex Holiday, or Sick).
The full Flexible Holiday Policy provides additional details.

Hartley & Parker Sales Division
is featuring Neal Family Vineyards.
| |
Neal Family Vineyards fundamentally believes that a wine can only be as great as the grapes from which it is made. We know from experience that wine grapes grown under a precise combination of soil, climate, and cultivation practices in the vineyard play an integral role in creating an exceptional bottle of wine. Mark lives by organic and Biodynamic® farming practices that enhance each vineyard’s inherent and distinctive qualities, resulting in each wine’s ultimate flavor profile. Our wines are 100% sourced from Napa Valley and are made with estate fruit.
Mark Neal has been walking and working organic vineyards almost daily for over 54 years. In 1966, he started as a farmer working alongside his parents on their Napa Valley farm. His love of the land, working with family, and producing small batches of wines was instilled early by his father.
This upbringing of growing organic grapes inspired him, in 1998, to build Neal Family Vineyards, which is wholly owned, farmed, and operated by his family, a rarity in the winemaking world. Today, working beside several of his children, he handcrafts exquisite and complex Cabernet Sauvignon from his estate’s biodynamic and certified organic vineyards in Howell Mountain and Rutherford.

Hartley & Parker Sales Division

Mack’s Original Ginger is crafted by the famous fortified creators, the McWilliam's family. Few have helped shape the evolution of the Australian wine industry like McWilliam’s Wines. From humble beginnings on the outskirts of Corowa in 1877, the philosophy of putting the quality of fruit first has ensured that McWilliam’s continues to be one of Australia’s most popular, respected, and iconic wineries.
Renowned for its strong focus on crafting fortified styles, McWilliam’s has consistently produced award-winning wines that showcase superior quality, impressive depth, and full flavor expression.
Chief Winemaker Emma Norbiato has received widespread recognition for her winemaking skills, including ‘Winemaker of the Year’ in 2016 at the Australian Women in Wine Awards and a finalist for Gourmet Travellers 2019 'Winemaker of the Year'. She is a respected wine judge and a Len Evans Tutorial Scholar.
Mack’s Original Ginger can be enjoyed on its own or with a splash of club soda and a squeeze of lime. It also makes an enticing cocktail when mixed with whisky, scotch, or rum.
