St. Sava 2023 Poems SignUp | |

Dear parents,
Below please find two links. One to the poems for the St. Sava celebration as well as a link to the sign-up sheet. The St. Sava Day program will be celebrated on Sunday, January 22, 2023, following the Liturgy and luncheon.
Please sign up by December 15 to be included in the official program. This is open to all children. Please add your child's name and age when signing up for a poem.
If your child would like to participate in a small school play, please contact Ana Vukovic at [email protected] or Jelena Bogdanovic at [email protected].
A rehearsal will be scheduled in January and the date will be shared soon.

Драги родитељи,
Прилажемо вам листу песмица за светосавску прославу, као и линк за пријаву. Светосавски прoграм ће се одржати у недељу, 22. јануара, 2023., после Литургије и свечаног ручка.
Молимо вас да изаберете песмицу до 15. децембра. Програм је отворен за сву заинтересовану децу, без обзира да ли су чланови Недељне школе или не. Молимо вас да упишете име и године вашег детета.
Ако ваше дете жели да учествује у малој позоришној представи, молимо вас да контактирате Ану Вуковић на [email protected] или Јелену Богдановић на [email protected].

Then He spoke a parable to them, saying: “The ground of a certain rich man yielded plentifully. And he thought within himself, saying, ‘What shall I do, since I have no room to store my crops?’ So he said, ‘I will do this: I will pull down my barns and build greater, and there I will store all my crops and my goods. ‘And I will say to my soul, “Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take your ease; eat, drink, and be merry.”’ But God said to him, ‘Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?’ So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.”

Каза им, пак, причу говорећи: У једног богатог човека роди њива. И мишљаше у себи говорећи: Шта ћу чинити? Немам у шта сабрати своју летину. И рече: Ево ово ћу чинити: покварићу житнице своје и начинићу веће; и онде ћу сабрати сва своја жита и добро своје; И казаћу души својој: Душо! Имаш много имање на много година; почивај, једи, пиј, весели се. А Бог њему рече: Безумниче! Ову ноћ узеће душу твоју од тебе; а шта си приправио чије ће бити? Тако бива ономе који себи тече благо, а не богати се у Бога.
