Scripture: Acts 9:1-9 NRSV
Message: A Miraculous Conversion

The story of Paul is a miraculous conversion story because of who Paul was before Jesus came into his life. We might not be exactly like Paul, but we too have a great story because Jesus came into our life and changed us forever.
Due to the latest weather forecast for our Norcross area this Saturday night and Sunday morning (Freezing rain, sleet, ice, and snow 1-3 inches accumulation), all in-person church activities will more than likely be canceled. Because Georgia weather is so unpredictable, a final decision will be made Sunday morning by 8am. Please look for the announcement on our church’s website as well as our Facebook page and Pastor Eddie’s Facebook page. We also plan to inform the local TV channels (WSB TV 2, FOX 5, and 11Alive) if we need to cancel. If you know of someone who does not have access to social media, please let them know about this announcement. A live Facebook worship service will be offered on Pastor Eddie’s page Sunday at 11am if we cannot meet in-person.
Stay tuned, be safe, and join in prayer for all who might be affected by this weather.
As Christians we have all had some kind of conversion story. For some it might have been an amazing, 180 degree change from how you used to be before you accepted Jesus Christ into your life and heart as Lord and Savior. For others, it might have been a more subtle, sweet expression of peacefully inviting the Lord to be your Savior and way to life eternal. Whatever the case may be, we all have had a life-changing experience. When I think of Jesus conversion stories I immediately think of the Apostle Paul. Acts 9:1-31 tells of his miraculous conversion. After this we know Paul went on to be an amazing disciple and he wrote letters to the early churches, many of which he started, to encourage them in their faith. The second conversion story that I often think about is my own. The third story that comes to my mind is yours! YOU have a story of how Jesus came into your life and the difference it made then AND now. You have heard me say before how your faith is not only for you, so I want to encourage you to share your story of salvation with someone. You never know how God might use your story to help someone else. Make that your new year’s resolution. Share YOUR story of Jesus and His love.
Remember, God loves you and so do I.
