A Few Announcements!
Chromebook Pick Up
LFS has purchased Chromebooks for students this year!  We've scheduled two pick up days for families to come to school to get their Chromebook and other auxiliary materials kits that teachers have put together to supplement your child's distance learning.  Please plan to come to school on Tuesday, September 8, between 4:00-7:00 pm, or on Wednesday, September 9, between 7:30 -10:30 am.  Please bring any borrowed Chromebooks from last spring back to school at this time.


School Form Reminder
Attached please find school forms for the 2020-2021 school year.  Please fill these out as soon as possible and return them to the school.  Please be sure to check the email that was sent containing a proof for your listing in the LFS Directory.  You may send forms and emails directly to

You are Invited!
The Fall Supper Gathering, usually held on the campus, will happen via Zoom  on Friday, September 11, from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.  Bring your supper to your computer and join the LFS community for dinner and conversation.  We'll be making use of break out rooms to better enable conversations.  We hope to see you there.

Extended Day Program
Extended Day Program (EDP) activities will be offered regardless of whether or not schooling will be virtual or on-campus. Extended Day will run from 3:00 - 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Fees are $9 per hour. Please preregister to help us allocate staff. There will be many activities offered throughout the coming year. Homework club will begin once all classes begin assigning homework. At present we have scheduled between 2 - 3 activities each afternoon. All activities described below are included with your EDP fee.
