This Weekend
Parents' Night Out - November 18, 5 p.m.-8 p.m.
There will be a Parents' Night Out on Friday, November 18 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Drop off your child(ren) ages 3-13 in the MPR to be cared for by our youth leaders and teen members. This event is open to the public, so tell your friends! Proceeds will benefit the Youth Crew's Disney Land Trip. RSVP to Lauren Sleeper soon as spaces are limited. Suggested donation of $20 for the first child and $10 for each additional child.
Thanksgiving Baskets
If you picked-up a Thanksgiving Basket, please remember to fill it and return it to church this Sunday! Just pull-up to the Multipurpose Room, using the upper parking circle and one of our volunteers will be on hand to receive your basket. Baskets should be returned no later than 9:30 a.m. this Sunday, November 20. If you have any questions, please contact JD Cowart. If you would prefer to make a monetary donation to support our efforts, please do so by clicking here. Suggested donation of $65 per basket.

Ministry Fair -
November 19 and 20
As the fall programming year kicks into full gear, we are excited to announce our ministry fair after each service on November 19 and 20. Come to learn about the myriad ministries at St. Bart's and how you can get involved in our common life together. Cleanup Hike and Park Meetup - November 22
The next Cleanup Hike and Park Meetup will be on Tuesday, November 22 from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. at Felicita Park in Escondido. There is a $3 parking fee for those who stay, but Youth Crew members can be dropped-off and picked-up without a fee. All are welcome! Gloves and vests will be provided. Please bring a trash bag and water bottle. RSVP to Lauren Sleeper.
Thanksgiving Eucharist
You are invited to a Thanksgiving Eucharist on Wednesday, November 23 at 6 p.m. We set aside time on this day to remember the One who provides the bounty.

Loving God, all that we have comes from your goodness and the work of those who love us. Bless us and the food we share. Watch over those who care for us. Open our eyes to the needs of the poor during this time of harvest and thanksgiving. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Advent Lessons & Carols
The season of Advent will begin with a traditional Advent Festival of Lessons and Carols, led by the parish choir and children's choir, with beautiful carols and hymns that help usher in the season of expectation and anticipation. Join us Sunday, November 27 at 4 p.m.

The service will also be available via live-stream on St. Bart's YouTube channel. Donations are greatly appreciated.
Saints Alive Senior Social - December 7
We are once again pleased to offer our Saints Alive Senior Social, which will take place on Wednesday, December 7 from 11:30 a.m.- 1 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Come for a speaker, singing, plenty of food, fun and camaraderie!

Angels Have Appeared!
We are pleased to be engaged with the Angel Tree Ministry again this year, where we as a community provide a meaningful Christmas to the children of incarcerated parents. Angels will be available for selection at worship services on Saturday, November 26 and Sunday, November 27. Gifts will be due back to the church on December 3-4. Our Vestry is our governing board. It is responsible for the financial, physical and spiritual soundness of our parish. If you're interested in serving on the vestry, now is a good time to pray about it. We elect new members at our annual meeting in the early part of the year. The Rotary Club of Rancho Bernardo

Wednesday Women's Bible Study
The Wednesday Women’s Bible Study began its fall session on September 21 at 6 pm. It's not too late to join. You will have the choice to meet in-person or online. We will read Determined: Living like Jesus in Every Moment, A Study of Luke by Heather Dixon. This book will help participants live intentionally and embrace abundant life! Saturday, December 10, the Good News Festival hosts a Holiday Marketplace from 11am - 6:30pm at the Town and Country. Good News Festival
We are thrilled to welcome our presiding bishop, the Most Rev. Michael B. Curry, and powerhouse preacher, the Rev. Dr. William Barber II, to the Good News Festival on Saturday, December 10. The revival takes place at 6:30 p.m. at the Town and Country, 500 Hotel Circle North. Workshops take place on Saturday, 11:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Free and open to all. Registration requested.
