Sign up for the Acting/Scene Study Class for Kids & Teens, With Kevin McCormick!

This 6-week class caters to kids and teens that have an interest in acting or may already have experience acting. The focus will be on understanding scenes, breaking the scene down as far as the energies needed in the scene, understanding each role, and being present and in the moment while performing. Monologues and mini lessons will be worked on during class time to also help develop them as actors.

Students will work with other students each week and perform their scenes while Kevin works with the students to bring out their best and build their acting skill set.

The class will require rehearsing each week outside of class (roughly 60 to 90 minutes per week altogether between rehearsing with our scene partner and on their own). Most important, the class is fun and engaging and the students will gain a greater appreciation for acting.

The next session starts February 13th, meeting once a week on Mondays at the Margaret Egan Center. Two different class times to choose from! Registration is $195 for Milford Residents.
