CHURCH OFFICE HOURS

Office hours for the church are:

Wednesdays: 9:30am-2pm

Fridays: 9:30am-2pm

During those hours, the side door (near the kitchen) will be unlocked, and one of the staff will be in the office.

While our minister always welcomes a pop-in visit, to ensure she'll be there and available, it's always a good idea to call ahead or make an appointment by e-mailing her at bethanypastoramy@gmail.com.

A MONTH OF GRATITUDE AND GIVING

After hearing of the food insecurity issues within our community, Bethany is declaring November a month of Gratitude and Giving. We feel called to help out our neighbors in need.

We are asking Bethany members and friends to help stock the food shelf during  the next four Sundays.  You may bring non-perishable goods to the church either during office hours or on Sunday.  We will gather our gifts around the altar until Nov. 23, when we will bless our gifts before they are delivered to the food shelf.

Monetary donations are also welcomed, either through a check sent directly to the food shelf or one made out to Bethany Church with the Food Shelf in the memo line.  This can also be done through our online giving portal on the Bethany website: bethanyuccvt.org

THANK YOU

I want to express great appreciation to the Bethany members in remembering me and my family with love, prayers, cards and presence at the reception held at Chandler in memory of my husband, father and grandfather of John Lutz. John contributed much to the church life and community of Randoph. He was kind, patient, loving and generous and these expressions were evident as witnessed by many. Thank you and God bless you!

Love,

Ruth Lutz

It will be an opportunity to share updates and challenges, and coordinate our collective response to the increasing food access needs across the region. These meetings will be facilitated by Jennifer Fontaine, Director of Operations for Upper Valley Haven.

Meetings will take place every Tuesday from 8:30–9:00 AM on Zoom.

KEEP YOUR PRAYER LIST VISIBLE

Here is a way to keep the folks who are on our prayer list in our hearts and minds: Cut the list out from the bulletin or write the names down on a piece of paper and post the list somewhere you will see it each day. Take a moment to think of or say a prayer for those on the list. Think of the cloud of prayers that will surround each recipient if we all do that!
