SENIORS: Polaris Career Center will conduct parent conferences on Thursday, October 10th from Noon - 3:00 PM.  Program teachers will be contacting parents to set up in-person conference times, as needed. If you are not contacted by your student's program teacher for an in-person conference, your student's progress can be viewed by logging into Infinite Campus parent portal.

Due to the parent conference schedule, there will be no classes held for SENIORS on Thursday, October 10th at Polaris Career Center.  All Junior students should follow their regular Polaris Career Center schedule.

PTA Membership
Did you know Mayer Middle School and Fairview High School have a PTA? We sure do! Our PTAs are combined and meet at 6pm on the second Wednesday of the month at the high school (Room 125). Can't make the meetings? That's OK! Many members help in other ways throughout the year or simply join to support our schools. We work to support our students and staff members through various events and activities throughout the year. You can join online  here  and go to "Join the PTA" or you can print out a membership form and turn it into the Middle School or High School office stating PTA on the envelope. Thank you and we hope our students and staff have a great year!
Do you enjoy art, music and dance or have an interest in writing, producing films and taking photos? Then join us and have fun unleashing your inner artist with PTA Reflections! This year's theme, "Look Within," calls for your own unique interpretation through the arts. Print out submission guidelines and an entry form today and r eturn your entries by November 18th.  For inspiration, visit the Reflections virtual art gallery and learn more about prizes and scholarships at . Have questions? Contact Angie Cause, the Fairview Park Council of PTAs Reflections Chair, via email .
Family and Community Engagement
Hello Fairview Park Families!

As parents, what do we ask our children everyday --  "How was your day at school? or What did you learn in school today?"

Do we ever get the answers we want? No.

So here is a list of questions that may work better to really see how your child's day was or how they feel about school:
