A big thanks to everyone who sent in Box Tops this school year. With the spring contest now over we raised another $500 for our school. Combined with the first contest, that's over 1,900 dollars just by clipping Box Tops! Keep clipping this summer there will be another collection contest in the fall!

The top collectors and winners of a popcorn party in each grade are:
First grade:          Mrs. Garcia
Second grade:     Ms. Kotlarsic
Third grade:         Miss Lehman
Fourth grade:       Miss Kenney
Fifth grade:          Mrs. Rushnok

District Choir Concert
  Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of Golden Singers,
Just wanted to send a friendly reminder that our All-District Choir Concert is Wednesday, March 13th at 7:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Unlike the winter concert, students need to stay for the entire performance because we are singing a song at the very end with all choirs, grades 5-12. It will be truly spectacular! Please take into consideration younger siblings with early bedtimes, as this concert will run a little later/longer than other concerts we have had this year. Students need to arrive no later than 6:10 p.m. so that we can have a brief run-through of the combined song with the older students. For this, we will be meeting in the auditorium in the first 6 rows of seats, on the right-hand side of the auditorium when looking at the stage. THIS IS A CLOSED REHEARSAL...STUDENTS ONLY. Auditorium doors will not open for seating until 6:40 p.m. If you, or someone you are with, is unable to stand for over 30 minutes, then I recommend dropping your student off at the high school and coming back at 6:40 p.m. High School students will be stationed at the parking lots doors from 5:55PM-6:05PM to help your student get to where he/she needs to be.
Thank you so much for supporting your student in his/her music education! As always, please email/call me if you have any questions.
Mrs. Anne Howe,
Golden Singers Director
